Promising and quality scholarly work should be celebrated at all educational levels. Therefore, it is important for the scientific community to encourage the intellectual development of young scholars. However, there are not a lot of publication sources for original articles by students (especially literature reviews). This journal features excellent literature reviews as well as research articles by high-school students and college/university undergraduate students. The reviewers and editors include professors and researchers with Ph.D. degrees.
